Head to the hills—we have something special planned for you!

In the spirit of the Year of the Horse, we're gathering where the vines meet the stables—at Garrod Farms, a family-owned estate vineyard and equestrian center tucked into the beautiful Saratoga foothills. It's an intimate evening (just 120 guests) designed for connection, celebration, and collective action.

Throughout the evening, you'll enjoy estate-grown wine, a BBQ dinner with abundant vegetarian options, live music, and dancing under the stars. There'll be a brief but meaningful program, stories from our community and a focused fund-a-need, but mostly, this is a chance to slow down, reconnect with fellow parents and educators, and remember why we chose this path.

Food & Drink
Tickets include 100% estate-grown Cooper-Garrod wine, dinner from Coyote Sergio BBQ with abundant vegetarian and vegan offerings, and dessert. Please note your dietary needs when purchasing your ticket.

Live Music & Dancing
Enjoy live performances by WSP’s student jazz ensemble, along with a special set from father-daughter duo Ruksana Varma (WSP alum) and Rajeev Kelkar (WSP alum parent). After dinner, Windy Hill Bluegrass Band takes the stage—and yes, there will be dancing!

Who's Invited
All the adults who make up our vibrant community: current parents, grandparents, faculty, staff, and board members, alumni students and parents, friends, and supporters of WSP!

What to Wear
Elevated country: vineyard elegant meets stable chic. Sundresses with boots, tailored blazers, maybe a bolo tie—polished or playful works. Just wear shoes that can handle gravel and vineyard paths.

A Note on Tickets
We've intentionally kept this gathering intimate—120 guests maximum—to prioritize connection over scale. Early Bird tickets offer a discount as a thank you for committing early and helping us plan. If the cost of a ticket is prohibitive, please reach out to events@waldorfpeninsula.org—we want you there. And many thanks to those who sponsor tickets for others through our Gift-A-Ticket option!

We need to give our caterers and venue a final headcount by May 10th—please reserve your spot by then!

How will this event raise funds for WSP?
In the weeks leading up to the event, we're launching our Spring Fund-a-Need campaigns. We'll achieve as much of this goal as possible before May 16th, so when we gather at the vineyard, we can celebrate what we've accomplished together and close any remaining gap with joy and momentum.
