Drawing from his extensive work in mindfulness-based interventions and contemporary psychology, Dr. Christopher Willard will share practical, evidence-based tools for students and adults to cultivate presence, resilience, and emotional well-being in our fast-paced, digitally connected world. Dr. Willard will offer accessible strategies to reduce stress, strengthen attention, and foster greater compassion from his years of clinical practice and teaching.

Christopher Willard, PsyD, is an author, psychologist, consultant, and father in Cambridge MA. He teaches at Harvard Medical School, has presented at two TEDx conferences, and leads workshops worldwide. He is the author of 20 books, including Growing Up Mindful (2016), and specializes in bringing mindfulness to children, adolescents, and the families and professionals who support them. His most recent books (2025) span ages and developmental stages, from Feelings Are Like Farts for young children to College Mental Health 101 for young adults.
